1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "58bd", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operating entity behind the 58bd platform accessible at https://58bd.io.
• "Platform" — the 58bd website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, and payment processing.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any registered individual who holds a 58bd account and accesses the Platform.
• "Account" — the individual account created by a Player on the Platform following successful registration.
• " Balance" — the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• "Real Money Funds" — funds deposited by a Player using an accepted payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by 58bd before processing withdrawals or as requested at any time.
• "BDT" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used on the 58bd Platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The 58bd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. 58bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be satisfied.

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 58bd Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or through different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility. The 58bd Platform is operated for players located in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 58bd makes no representation that the services offered are legal in every jurisdiction.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 58bd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.2 Notification of Unauthorised Access. If you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify 58bd immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of such notification, 58bd may suspend your Account pending an investigation.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC). 58bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your registration or account use. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 58bd will process KYC submissions within five (5) business days of receiving all required documents.

3.4 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. 58bd reserves the right to close or suspend any Account without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. Upon closure for cause, 58bd may withhold any Balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. 58bd may apply an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after providing written notice to the registered email address. Real Money Funds will never be reduced to zero through dormancy fees alone; however, where the Balance falls below the monthly fee amount, no further fee will be deducted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 58bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in BDT. No foreign currency transactions are supported.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 58bd reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to be credited. 58bd is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within one (1) to two (2) hours of submission during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. A Player must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal request will be processed.

4.5 Withdrawal to Source. 58bd operates a "withdraw to source" policy. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure the security of Player funds.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 58bd will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposits received from accounts not matching the registered Player name will be returned and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers provided by 58bd are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100% toward meeting wagering requirements; live casino table games contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 100% of settled bets at odds of 1.50 or greater.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire thirty (30) days from the date the bonus was credited to the Account, unless a different period is specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.

5.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. The welcome deposit bonus is available to new Players making their first deposit only. A maximum of one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. 58bd reserves the right to verify eligibility and to withdraw a welcome bonus where eligibility criteria are not met.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. 58bd monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and systematic exploitation of free bet offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 58bd reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and close the Account.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market on the 58bd Platform is subject to specific rules displayed within the game interface or the relevant betting market page. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before placing any wager.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet amounts are specified for each game and market. 58bd reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on specific Players at its sole discretion, including where betting patterns suggest misuse of the Platform.

6.3 Settlement of Bets. Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or official data provider. 58bd reserves the right to delay settlement where a result is subject to official review, protest, or appeal. Winnings are credited to the Account Balance upon settlement.

6.4 Void Bets. 58bd reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at clearly incorrect or erroneous odds, or where a technical malfunction affected the integrity of the market. In such circumstances, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account Balance.

6.5 Provider Rules. Casino and crash games are operated by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In addition to these Terms, the rules of each game provider apply to all games within their portfolio. 58bd is not liable for any technical malfunctions originating with a third-party game provider, subject to the provider's own malfunction policy.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 58bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to place bets at incorrect odds or to obtain an undue financial advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or agreement with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Using a payment account not registered in your own name to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy server to disguise your true location.
• Engaging in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, harassing, or offensive toward 58bd staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or proprietary systems of the 58bd Platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. 58bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. Gambling on the 58bd Platform should be treated exclusively as a form of entertainment. 58bd does not encourage gambling as a means of generating income or as a way to recover financial losses.

8.2 Player Tools. All Players have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their Account dashboard: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time limits and play session reminders; cool-off periods (24 hours to 30 days); and self-exclusion for periods of three months, six months, twelve months, or permanently.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who activates a self-exclusion period will be prevented from logging in, making deposits, or placing bets for the duration of the exclusion. Self-exclusions cannot be reversed before their expiry. Requests to reinstate a self-excluded Account before the exclusion period has expired will not be processed.

8.4 Minor Protection. The 58bd Platform is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under the age of 21. Players must ensure that minors in their household do not have access to their Account credentials or to the 58bd Platform. If 58bd has reason to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, the Account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending age verification.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All content on the 58bd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and database compilations, is the property of 58bd or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. 58bd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.

9.3 Restrictions. You must not use any 58bd trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, that disparages or discredits 58bd, or that implies endorsement or affiliation with 58bd without express written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Availability. 58bd will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability. However, 58bd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

10.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 58bd's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusions. 58bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 58bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Player Responsibility. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate in all games and betting markets at your own risk. 58bd is not responsible for the decisions you make while using the Platform or for any resulting financial loss.

11 Privacy and Data

11.1 Data Collection. 58bd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Security. 58bd implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, to protect your personal and financial information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

11.3 Data Retention. 58bd retains Player account data for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, or for such longer period as may be required by applicable law or regulation. Anonymised statistical data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and product development purposes.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 Right to Amend. 58bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 58bd will provide Players with at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice by email to the registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform.

12.2 Acceptance of Amended Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

12.3 Version History. The effective date displayed at the top of this document identifies the current version of these Terms. Previous versions may be requested by contacting 58bd support.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 58bd operates with the aim of full compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to its services.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and 58bd regarding your Account, a transaction, a game outcome, or these Terms, you should first contact the 58bd support team to seek an informal resolution. 58bd will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

13.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may request escalation to 58bd's dedicated complaints team by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". 58bd will provide a final written decision within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
